Don’t Forget to Tip Your Waiters

Not that I condone this behavior, but it clearly speaks of how much it can suck to be a waiter. I waited tables for nearly two years and I have had my fair share of horrible tables. So without sharing too much, allow me to offer two thoughts: First, if I were president I would require every person to work at least one year in the service industry, just to understand what it is like on the other side. Second, although you may believe the customer is always right, be polite to those who handle your food. They are the only thing between you and a good meal. So remember this simple graph next time you go out, and don’t forget to tip your servers and bar tenders!
